Baked Eggs in Avocado Low Carb Ketogenic Diet Recipe


How to make Baked Eggs in Avocado:
1. Slice 1 avocado in half
2. Remove the seed
3. Scoop out about 2 tablespoon of flesh from the center
4. Place the avocado on flat pan
5. Crack an egg into each avocado half
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg whites set. 440 F (220 C)
8. Sprinkle with spring onions (optional)
