Cauliflower Crust Pizza Low Carb Ketogenic Diet Recipe


How to make Cauliflower Crust Pizza:
1. Blend 11 oz (310g) of cauliflower until crumbles
2. Pour into a bowl
3. Add 2.5 oz (70g) of grated cheese
4. Add 1 small egg
5. Add a pinch of salt
6. Add a pinch of black pepper
7. Add 1 teaspoon of dried basil
8. Mix together
9. Place into 12 inch (30 cm) baking dish covered with baking powder
10. Even and press on a container. You need a 1/5 inch (1/2 cm) thick layer
11. Bake for about 25 minutes. 400F or 200C
12. Slice 1 small tomato
13. Slice 2 champignons
14. Slice 1 small onion
