Cloud Bread Low Carb Ketogenic Diet Recipe


How to make cloud bread:
1. Separate 4 egg whites from yolks
2. Add 2 oz (57g) of cream cheese
3. Beat until completely smooth
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
5. Add 1 teaspoon of Italian herb seasoning
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
7. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to egg whites
8. Beat until firm
9. Spread the mixture into even 4 inch circles
10. Bake up to 30 minutes until golden on the outside and firm (300 F or 150 C)
11. Store in airtight bag or container in the refrigerators up to 3 days
