Feta Stuffed Mushrooms Low Carb Ketogenic Diet Recipe


How to make Feta Stuffed Mushrooms:
1. Remove stipes from 6 champignons
2. Microwave for 5 minutes on maximum power
3. Remove the liquid
4. Finely chop the stipes
5. Crumble 5.3 oz (150g) of feta cheese
6. Mix the feta cheese and chopped stipes in a bowl
7. Add a pinch of oregano
8. Put the mixture on top of the mushrooms
9. In a blender:
a. Place 3 medium tomatoes
b. Add a pinch of salt
c. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
d. Add 1 clove of garlic
e. Blend until smooth
10. Pour sauce onto the feta stuffed mushrooms
11. Top with grated cheese
12. Microwave for 6 minutes on maximum power
13. Sprinkle spring onions (optional)
