How to make Korean Style Carrot:
1. Grate 1.1 lb (500g) of carrots
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
3. Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
7. Add 1/4 teaspoon of curry
8. Add 2 teaspoon of coriander
9. Add 2 tablespoon of white vinegar
10. Add 5 tablespoon of olive oil
11. Add 3-4 pressed cloves of garlic
12. Mix
13. Cover and leave in a fridge for a night
