How to make a Low carb Tortilla Pizza:
1. Slice 1 red onion
2. Cover baking pan with baking paper
3. Place 1 low-carb tortilla
4. Smear with tomato sauce
5. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
6. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
7. Place the sliced onions
8. Cover with 3.5 oz (100g) of grated mozzarella
9. Bake until cheese is melted (400F or 225C)
