How to make Mexican Scrambled Eggs:
1. Chop 2 spring onions
2. Preheat pan with 1 tablespoon of butter or oil
3. Cut 1 tomato into small cubes
4. Add spring onions and tomatoes into the pan
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes
6. Cook for about 3 minutes
7. Pour 6 eggs and scramble for 2 minutes
8. Add 4 oz (115g) of shredded cheese
9. Season to taste
