Stuffed Beets Low Carb Ketogenic Diet Recipe


How to make a low carb Stuffed Beets:
1. 3-4 medium beets
2. Cut the bottom off so beets lay nice
3. Wrap beets with aluminium foil
4. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until nice and tender. 360 F or 180C
5. Chop a bunch of parsley
6. Mix 4 oz (115g) of grated cheese and chopped parsley
7. Season with salt and black pepper
8. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
9. Dig out a big well in the center of the beet
10. Stuff with cheese mixture
11. Bake for about 10 minutes more
