How to make the Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad With Balsamic Dressing:
1. Chop 1/2 lb (227g) of red tomatoes
2. Chop 1/2 lb (227g) of yellow tomatoes
3. Halve 8 oz (227g) of small mozzarella balls
4. Chop 1/2 cup of fresh basil
5. Mix:
a. 1/4 cup of olive oil
b. 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
c. salt to taste
d. 1 tbsp of honey (optional)
6. Pour dressing on the salad bowl
